HeyYa Victory Lap Contest – Terms and Conditions

CONTEST PERIOD:
This contest begins at 7:00 AM on Thursday, May 1, 2025, and closes at 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 4, 2025. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to anyone 21 years of age or older who possesses a valid Driver’s License from any jurisdiction. If a selected winner is under 21 or does not hold a valid license, they may transfer their winning entry to someone who meets these eligibility requirements. Employees of HeyYa Rentals, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

HOW TO ENTER:
Participants may enter the contest by either of the following methods:

On-site Entry:

• Scan the QR code at the HeyYa booth.
• Submit your name, email address, and your vote/suggestion for the “Victory _______” campaign.
• Limit of one (1) entry per person via the on-site method.

Instagram Entry Method:

• Follow @HeyYaCarts on Instagram.
• Enter by completing any of the following actions (each counts as a separate entry)
  • a) Comment on our “Victory Lap” post with your vote/suggestion for the “Victory _______” campaign.
    b) Share our “Victory Lap” post in your Instagram Stories and tag @HeyYaCarts.
    c) Post a photo from the BMO Marathon using the hashtag #HeyYaVictoryLap.
• Multiple Instagram entries are permitted, provided each action is unique.
• Duplicate comments or shares do not count as additional entries.
• Instagram profile must be public for entry verification purposes.

PRIZE:
One (1) randomly selected winner will receive a free HeyYa Cart rental (up to 12 hours in duration). The prize must be redeemed within 90 days of notification. Prize is subject to availability and requires advance booking. Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

SELECTION:
The signage for HeyYa Carts will be chosen from the top eligible entries received by 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The prize winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by the contest closing time (5:00 PM on Sunday, May 4, 2025). The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.

CONTENT MODERATION:
HeyYa reserves the right to moderate submissions and may exclude inappropriate content from eligibility or public display. By entering, participants agree that their submissions may be displayed publicly at the event and in HeyYa marketing materials.

CONTENT RIGHTS:
Participants retain ownership of their submissions but grant HeyYa Rentals a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publicly display and use their entries in marketing and promotional materials, including social media, websites, and event signage.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and marketing purposes by HeyYa Carts. By entering, participants consent to joining the HeyYa Carts mailing list and receiving emails related to the contest. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. HeyYa Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the contest at their discretion. Void where prohibited by law. Standard rental policies apply; see website for details. No purchase necessary.
